Psychotherapy provides the help you need with a large range of challenges that you may be experiencing. From anxiety, depression, difficulties in your intimate relationships, low self-esteem, or even work-related issues.

It focuses primarily on YOU!! It is a safe space we talk about the challenges you are facing in life, explore your thoughts, feelings, fears, and concerns about any issue that may be worrisome to you.  With a non-judgmental frame of mind and approach, together we will unveil and peel off the layers covering your true self. 

The ultimate goal is to enhance your quality of life, to empower you, work on improving communication skills, create clear goals that are tangible, provide you with tools to make healthier choices, guide you to develop fresh insights about your life and most importantly help you develop coping strategies to manage the daily life stressors. Therapy can improve your quality of life and inspire you to make necessary changes through self-awareness and self-exploration.

I offer an initial, complementary 20 minute consultation to determine
if we are a good fit to proceed with any form of therapy.


Availability

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays – 8am-6pm

Thursdays- 8am-4pm

Saturdays- 8am-12noon
